A backyard that grew to 500 hives.
We're a family apiary spread across western Victoria, chasing whatever's in flower. Every batch is hand-extracted and hand-labelled by variety, the way honey should be. It's why one master label gets a small variety sticker stuck on by hand, one jar at a time.
